Mexico`s automotive sector hits new March export record
Mexico saw its automotive production improve in March, while exports hit a new monthly and first-quarter record, Kallanish learns from data issued by local car industry association Asociación Mexicana de la Indústria Automotriz (Amia).
Output totalled 346,873 units in the third month of 2019, up by 4.8% year-on-year. During Q1 2019 production was 3% more compared to the same period of 2018 at 992,383 vehicles.
