Mexico's automotive production slips in February
Mexican automotive production and exports registered a year-on-year deceleration in February, Kallanish learns from a report issued by the Asociación Mexicana de la Indústria Automotriz (Amia).
February output fell by -5% y-o-y to 311,833 units, although January-February production still amounted to 645,510 vehicles, up 2.1% over the same period of 2018. The two-month volume is a new record high for that period, Amia says.
