Mexico’s raw materials output rises on-month in August
Mexican steelmaking raw materials production continued to recover on-month in August, Kallanish notes. Output however remained weak on-year.
Mexico produced 815,567 tonnes of iron ore during August, down by -18.1% on-year but 39.4% higher when compared to July, according to local statistics institute Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (Inegi) data.
