Mexico’s monthly iron ore, pellet output grows
Mexican iron ore and pellet output rose month-on-month in April, Kallanish notes.
According to data from local statistics provider Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (Inegi), the country produced 649,189 tonnes of iron ore during April compared with 570,500t in the previous month. This volume was up 2.6% from the same period in 2023.
