Mexico to review AD duty on Russian HRC
The Mexican economy ministry (MoE) has initiated a review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of hot rolled coil originating in Russia, Kallanish learns from the country’s Official Journal of the Federation.
The first tariff was implemented in June 1996, when a 29.30% definitive countervailing duty was imposed on the product. The measure was renewed in 2003, 2007 and 2012.
