Mexico renews duties on Russian and Ukranian HRC
Mexico has renewed the anti-dumping duties imposed on imports of non-alloy and boron added hot rolled coils originating in Russia and Ukraine, Kallanish learns from Mexico’s Official Journal of the Federation.
