Mexico leads LatAm April steel exports to US
Latin America saw steel exports to the US increase month-on-month and year-on-year in April. The growth was mainly attributed to greater supply from Mexico, which had a 50.2% share of Latin America's total steel shipments. The country was the second-largest global exporter, Kallanish notes.
Latin America in this context includes South and Central American countries along with Mexico.
