Mexico begins 2018 with new vehicle production record
Mexico's automotive sector has continued its positive trend into 2018. The country saw vehicle production and exports reaching new record highs in January, Kallanish learns from the report issued by the Asociación Mexicana de la Indústria Automotriz (Amia).
During the first month of 2018, output increased by 4.1% year-on-year to 303,755 units. This is production volume represents a new record for a January, Amia says.
