Mexico applies provisional duty on Russian HRC
Mexico’s Ministry of Economy (SE) has imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of hot-rolled steel originating from Russia, Kallanish learns. According to a document published in the country’s Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on 21 September, SE has placed a compensatory duty of 12.35% on entries from all Russian exporting companies.
