Mexican automotive industry recovers in May
The Mexican automotive sector improved its main indicators in May. Monthly production and exports rose both sequentially and year-on-year, as did domestic sales, Kallanish learns from a report issued by Asociación Mexicana de la Indústria Automotriz (Amia).
May output increased by 9.5% on-month to 275,436 units and was also 15.2% more compared to the same period in 2021.
