Metinvest renames DMK to Kametstal after acquisition
Metinvest Group has changed the name of the Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant (DMK) to Kametstal, after it was previously acquired by the Dnipro Coke Plant (DKHZ), which is also part of the group, Kallanish notes.
The structure of the new enterprise includes metallurgical and coke-chemical production. Kametstal consolidates administrative processes and consolidates production capacities. More than 9,000 employees work at the enterprise.
