Metals 2020 M&A activity to remain subdued: PwC
The global metals industry faced significant challenges in 2019, with mergers and acquisitions activity suffering throughout the year as a result, PricewaterhouseCoopers says in its latest global metals deals insights report. Total deal value declined -33% on-year to $39.7 billion, while deal volume declined -10% to 633 deals.
