Metalloinvest may add HBI to sales to ChelPipe
Russian steelmaker and miner Metalloinvest and pipemaker ChelPipe are mulling increasing supplies of Metalloinvest's steel produced at OEMK works to ChelPipe's Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant.
