Metalloinvest issues HBI-3 performance test certificate
Metalloinvest has granted a performance test certificate to the Midrex and Primetals consortium for the supply of the 1.8 million tonnes/year capacity HBI-3 hot-briquetted iron plant at Lebedinsky GOK, says Midrex.
