Metalloinvest improves SBQ quality with new equipment
Russian iron ore and steel producer Metalloinvest has successfully completed heat and warranty testing of two chamfering machines for the round bar produced at its OEMK steelworks, the company says.
Two more similar machines will be installed at the enterprise’s rolling unit No.1 by the end of November. Total investment is around RUB 210 million ($3m), the enterprise tells Kallanish.
