Metalloinvest, RATM partner for engineering import substitution
Russian iron ore and steel producer Metalloinvest and RATM Holding have agreed to cooperate on increasing the competitiveness of domestic production of mining and metallurgical equipment and reducing dependence on foreign technologies.
