Metalloinvest gears up for next blast furnace revamp
Russian steelmaker Metalloinvest will start reconstruction of blast furnace No.3 later this month, the company says.
Meanwhile, production at the upgraded blast furnace No.2 at Ural Steel has reached its target of 2,000 tonnes/day of pig iron. The unit was launched on 30 December 2020.
