Metalloinvest expands metallic seaborne exports
Russian steelmaker Metalloinvest has shipped iron ore pellet and direct reduced iron/hot-briquetted iron from the terminal built by shipping operator Ultramar at the Ust-Luga port, Leningrad region.
The shipments amounted to 2.2 million tonnes, mainly for export, Kallanish notes. In October 2020, the first product delivery was made to Panama.
