Metalloinvest delivers record volume of SBQ products
Russian steelmaker Metalloinvest’s OEMK works shipped a record volume of special bar quality (SBQ) steel to its customers in November, the company says.
Shipments amounted to 103,493 tonnes, the highest monthly volume since 2016, Kallanish notes. The enterprise shipped 68% of its merchant SBQ products to Russia and CIS markets, while 32% was for export.
