Mesabi files lawsuit against Cleveland-Cliffs
The former Essar Steel is suing the former Cliffs Natural Resources, alleging supply interference related to the company’s emergence from bankruptcy, Kallanish reports.
Essar – now dubbed Mesabi Metallics – says in its lawsuit that the recently renamed Cleveland-Cliffs pushed potential customers to cease buying from the company in an “... anticompetitive scheme.”
