MENA’s March output grows , shrinks versus 2021
Iran, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar's combined crude steel production slumped 3.5% on-year but surged 7.6% on-month in March 2022 to 3.45 million tonnes. On a monthly and three-month basis, Saudi Arabia leads the growth in the Gulf region, followed by Qatar, according to the latest world steel data.
