March US construction employment rises
US construction employment rose by 3.3% from March 2017 to March 2018, despite unusual weather challenges, Kallanish learns from the Associated General Contractors of America.
US construction jobs totalled 7.15 million in March, down 15,000 from February but up 228,000 from March 2017.
Construction unemployment concurrently fell to a record low of 7.4%.
