Marcegaglia to revamp galvanising line
Marcegaglia has asked Italian supplier Danieli to revamp galvanising line #1 at its Ravenna site, Kallanish learns from the technology supplier.
"The aim of the project is to increase the furnace throughput up to 160 tonnes/hour of hot-rolled coil, to upgrade the combustion system and the after-pot cooling tower equipment, complying with the latest safety requirements," Danieli explains in a note.
The project is scheduled for completion in January 2021.
