Manufacturing activity trends up in US in November
US manufacturing activity appears to have risen in November, according to the Institute for Supply Management’s purchasing managers index.
The index increased 1.3 percentage points from October to November, reaching 53.2%. Index readings above 50% generally indicate manufacturing growth, Kallanish notes.
