Major Chinese longs producers cut offers
At the beginning of 2019, China's major longs producers have confirmed the pessimistic market sentiment, sharply lowering their offer prices for long products in early January. The market is waiting for traders to carry out winter restocking, but most believe that prices are still too high to tempt stockists.
