Major Chinese flat producers lift July offers
Major Chinese flat steel producers, Baosteel and Wuhan Iron & Steel (Wugang) have continued to lift their flats' offers for July. Spot market prices for HRC slightly decreased last week. However, whilst facing pressure from environmental restrictions and low inventories, major mills are still confident about flats' prices, Kallanish notes.
