Lower prices curb Metalloinvest earnings despite China surge
Metalloinvest saw revenue drop -14% on-year in the first half of 2020 to $3.08 billion, while net income slumped -48% to $530 million. Ebitda was down -25% to $1.06 billion. Prices declined in line with global trends. The mining segment saw a steeper decline than steel.
