Low prices, slow market keep Yamamah in loss
Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company saw revenue increase 11.8% on-year but drop 31.5% on-quarter in the third fiscal quarter through June 2023 (FQ3) to SAR 265.25 million ($70.7m).
In FQ3, the company registered a net loss of SAR 47.37m versus a net loss of SAR 17.89m in the previous quarter and a net profit of SAR 550,000 in FQ3 a year earlier, Kallanish notes.
