Loh increases stake in Klöckner
Media reports suggest German entrepreneur Friedhelm Loh has lifted his stake in Klöckner & Co, in which he is already the largest shareholder.
According to local media, Loh has recently acquired shares worth €4 million ($4.7m), translating to 0.45% in the steel distributor. His exact holding in the group is currently unknown – the latest figures are from early 2016 when Loh passed the 25% threshold (see Kallanish 11 February 2016).
