LKAB to replace pellet sales with carbon-free DRI
Swedish miner LKAB has presented this week its new strategy for the future, to achieve net-zero carbon emissions from its own processes and products by 2045. It plans to replace iron ore pellet with shipments of carbon-free sponge iron to the market.
