LKAB to appeal European Commission emissions allowance decision
Swedish iron ore and pellet supplier LKAB will appeal to the European General Court the latest European Commission decision regarding the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), Kallanish notes.
The company says the EU has failed to accept the long-lasting request from LKAB to have the company's iron ore products compared with those of steelmakers in the ETS.
