Liugang takes control of Guangxi Steel Group
The management rights transfer conference of Guangxi Steel Group was held at the Liugang Conference Center on 19 July. After the meeting, Liugang completed the registration changes for Guangxi Steel Group and officially took over the firm from Baowu Group's Wuhan Iron and Steel, Kallanish notes.
