Liugang absorbs Guangxi Ferroalloy for free
Liuzhou Iron & Steel (Liugang) has signed a contract with Guangxi Ferroalloy Co for the free incorporation of the latter into the group. Further terms of the deal have not been made public, Kallanish notes.
