Liugang Fangchenggang’s first phase project starts production
Guangxi Liuzhou Iron & Steel Group (Liugang) started production at the No.1 blast furnace of its Fangchenggang project on 28 June 2020. It was built by MCC11, part of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC)，Kallanish notes. Liugang obtained control of the project from Baowu in 2016 and started construction of the No.1 BF on 28 June 2018.
