Liugang begins mill construction at Fangchenggang site
Southwestern China’s Liuzhou Iron & Steel (Liugang) has started construction on 18 December at the Fangchenggang site to where it plans to relocate. On the same day Baowu Group's Zhanjiang site also commenced its construction of a cold-rolled ultra-high strength steel mill, Kallanish notes.
