Liugang delays stainless replacement project
Liuzhou Iron & Steel (Liugang) will complete its blast furnace replacement project in April 2020, not July 2019 as previously planned, according to an Industry and Information Technology Commission of Guangxi province announcement. It changed the smelting equipment as well as the construction period, but the capacity remains at 1.46 million tonnes/year, Kallanish notes.
