Liugang announces 2019 targets
In the first half of 2019 Liugang's main steelworks produced 6.1 million tonnes of iron, 6.5mt of steel and 8.11mt of steel products, according to company general manager Gan Guiping. These increased respectively by 2.63%, 1.98% and 1.36% year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
The group earned revenue of CNY 42.13 billion ($6.12 billion), up by 86.55% year-on-year, and profit increased by 30.13% y-o-y to CNY 2.66 billion.
