Line pipe prices climb in US in November
Both US domestic and imported line pipe prices registered slight increases in November, Kallanish learns from data provider Pipe Logix.
Domestic line pipe prices rose about 0.7% from October to $1,388/short ton, while imported line pipe rose 2.9% to $919/st. Both categories were driven primarily by increases in welded products. Welded import pipe prices have risen 19% from their historic low in February.
