Lightsource contracts to build Evraz solar power facility
Lightsource plans to begin construction on its 300 megawatt Bighorn Solar project this fall, which will ultimately power Evraz Rocky Mountain Steel in Pueblo, Colorado.
Lightsource has contracted with McCarthy Building Companies to construct the facility, which will consist of 750,000 crystalline solar panels spread over 1,800 acres on the Evraz campus, Kallanish understands.
