Liberty Dunaújváros, CISDI sign EAF transformation feasibility study
Liberty Dunaújváros has signed a contract to finalise the full feasibility study for the installation of an electric arc furnace by China’s CISDI Engineering Co.
The contract includes the 1.5 million tonnes/year capacity EAF installation as well as the secondary metallurgy and hot strip mill upgrade required to allow the business to deliver high-value products for the automotive sector in Hungary.
