Liaoning's Benxi to reform local steel industry
The Benxi Municipal Government in Liaoning Province recently approved several steel industry projects for 2019. It also stressed that it will fully support the mixed-ownership reform of Benxi Iron & Steel Group (Bengang), Kallanish notes.
