Latin American steel exports to US rise again
Latin American exports of steel products to the US increased in October, according to preliminary US Census Bureau data monitored by Kallanish. Latin America in this context includes South and Central American countries together with Mexico.
Latin American exports to the US amounted to 7,148,709 tonnes in January-October, up by 2.8% compared to the same period of last year. The value of shipments was $5.31 billion.
