LatAm steel trade deficit narrows in June
Latin America's steel trade deficit narrowed in June to 856,700 tonnes, almost 25.7% less than May and down 53.5% on-year, according to steel producers' association Alacero. The deficit in the first half of this year was at 6.97 million tonnes, which is 33.7% lower compared to 10.52mt in the same period a year earlier.
