LatAm crude steel production declines in September: Alacero
Latin America saw crude steel production fall month-on-month in September. Output also remained weaker year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
According to steelmakers’ association Alacero, regional crude steel production reached 4.71 million tonnes in September, down 219,200t on August’s volume of 4.92mt and down 7% on-year.
