Kyrgyzstan bans scrap exports outside the EAEU
Kyrgyzstan has introduced a temporary ban on the export of scrap and waste of ferrous metals to outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the Kyrgyzstan government press service reports.
The measure will last for six months. Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Economy and Commerce will notify the World Trade Organization's Safeguarding Committee and the Eurasian Economic Commission of the ban.
