Kyoei Steel project faces axe
Kyoei Steel Vietnam Company in northern Vietnam’s Ninh Binh province may be excluded from Vietnam’s plan for the steel industry to 2020, local media reports. The EAF project has been stalled despite pressure to secure billet supply, Kallanish notes.
