Kyoei buys stake in Vietnam-Italy Steel
Japan’s Kyoei Steel bought 20% of Vietnam-Italy Steel on 7 November through its local subsidiary Kyoei Steel Vietnam, it says. The deal will secure billet supply to Kyoei’s revived rebar mill project in northern Vietnam, Kallanish notes.
