Kyoei to boost VIS ownership again
Japan’s Kyoei Steel has registered to buy additional shares in its recently-acquired Vietnam-Italy Steel (VIS) subsidiary. The steady share purchases over this year suggest Kyoei wants to have almost full ownership of the plant to integrate it with its other Vietnamese arms, Kallanish notes.
