Kumba increases Europe sales further, Minas-Rio ramps up
Kumba Iron Ore expects iron ore lump sales to Europe to increase further in 2017 after shipments there rose 21% on-year in 2016 to 5.1 million tonnes, according to Kumba sales and marketing manager Timo Smit. The firm’s output is made up of 65% lump ore and 35% fines.
