Krakatau targets 2.7mt of steel output in 2017
Indonesia’s Krakatau Steel says it plans to boost output to 2.6 million-2.7 million tonnes of steel products in 2017. The state-owned steelmaker is likely to see volumes increase further going forward as it steadily commissions its expansion projects, Kallanish notes.
